Spicy Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Makes 2 servings plus leftovers
2 large broccoli florets
4-5 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
crushed red pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
lemon pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Trim the stem of the cleaned broccoli. Cut the broccoli into large chunks and place on a baking sheet.
Coat the broccoli with olive oil. Add the garlic slices, crushed red pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Toss to coat.
