As you will see as time goes on; planning a menu is quite possibly one of my favorite things to do. One of my good friends Katie over at Good Things Catered posts her fabulous menus from time to time so I have to credit her for this idea!Chuck and I are having some friends over next weekend and here are the dishes I am planning to make. Look for these recipes in the near future!
Appetizers
- sangria
- goat cheese truffles
- lemon artichoke pesto with baguette slices
Dinner
- marinated grilled flank steak
- orange-and-thyme marinated grilled shrimp with creamy dipping sauce
- orzo with cranberries, arugula, pine nuts, and feta
- zucchini pie
- tomato salad with parsley vinaigrette
Another appetizer and dessert will be brought by my guests!
