Freezer Friendly Meals (and a brief hiatus)

Over the past few weeks I have been referring again and again to different meals I am making to freeze so we have something other than take-out to eat after the baby comes. I figured some of you may want a comprehensive list of everything that is in my freezer so here you are, along with links to the recipes! After looking at the list and the picture above, I am pretty proud of myself and hope that these meals last until I have some energy back to cook!

This post will most likely be my last until after the baby is born - I am all cooked out and we are really just focusing on bringing Baby Cooking This and That home! But soon after that is the holiday season so you can be assured I will be back with plenty of yummy things (I already have a whole pile of pumpkin recipes and Christmas cookies I want to make this year!).

So enjoy the next few weeks, keep checking back, and I'll be back soon!

I have been a proud father for your lifetime and so much look forward to becoming a very proud grandfather/pa/etc.

btw-all the non-fish/non-nut foods are great. And the freezer is so neat-what a surprise.

That's quite the freezer stash!
I did this when I was pregnant last spring and it was so nice to have all that food on hand, ready to go.
Good luck and congrats!

It's funny because when you have an *empty nest* you need great freezer recipes too. I'm always looking for ways not to cook several nights a week. Congrats on the baby! I envy your being at the beginning. I miss it sometimes...

Congrats and thanks for posting this. Our own bundle of joy is less than a month away and I needed a bunch of make ahead/freeze ideas so my husband and kids can still eat...Cheers!

You are so good! I had intended to do this before I had my baby, but never got around to it. Thank goodness for family, otherwise we would have starved! Hope all goes well!
