Trimming the Tree Dinner

Ok, yes, I am aware that there is no tree in the picture above. We do not have it up yet, hence the title of this post...I also wanted to share the fabulous job Chuck just did in renovating the fireplace. I mean, look at what it used to look like:

Didn't he do a nice job?

Alright, back to the food. I started making a nice dinner for us last year when we trimmed the tree, and decided to keep it as a tradition. The appetizers are easy enough to eat while hanging ornaments; and dinner is eaten while enjoying the newly decorated tree!

Stay tuned for recipes!

Hi — I wanted to let you know about an event I am starting on my blog From the French Kitchen (thefrenchkitchen.wordpress.com). I’ll be “touring” other food and cooking blogs, interviewing the blogger, and making 3 to 4 of your favorite recipes from your blog. I hope you’ll take a look at the information and submit a form to be considered for a “stop” on the tour! Tour Information: tourblogsadmin.wordpress.com

Thanks!

THis is slightly unrelated, but I saw that on your comment at the "Good Things Catered" blog that you have a recipe for chocolate & coconut biscotti. Will you be blogging about that soon? Sounds yummy, so I couldn't resist coming over here to check . . . !
