If you love creamy, cheesy goodness with your pasta; then this is for you! It is basically a delicious combination of Italian sausage, three different kinds of cheese, and your favorite "spaghetti" sauce. I was a little hesitant to use the green onions at first, but they add just the right amount of flavor to the dish. Additionally, the original recipe calls for cheddar cheese, which I didn't think went all that well, so I used a 6-cheese Italian blend. I would also recommend a simple mozzarella as well.
